Structadene

The Structadene Group

The Structadene Group is a well-established private property business with a substantial portfolio of commercial and residential properties. It also undertakes residential development, primarily for letting purposes.

Founded in 1978 by David Pearl, Structadene Limited evolved out of Pearl & Coutts, an estate agency and management business set up by Pearl in 1965, which still continues to operate as part the Group.

Highly acquisitive, the Group has worked hard to improve the quality of the portfolio, its tenant base and to minimise voids. Many of the properties are located in London’s City and West End, although the portfolio is spread across most areas of England, Scotland and Wales.

The strategy is to spread risk over a large number of buildings and tenants, in a wide range of business sectors. All types of investments are considered – from shops, offices and warehouses to farmland, houses or flats. Although London is preferred, the group will always consider any location which offers good value and potential for capital growth.

Structadene Limited occupies modern offices in Islington and employs a large team of experienced specialists, covering a wide variety of skills. Maximum efficiency is derived from the portfolio, with most lettings, property management as well as legal work, undertaken in-house.
